The Music Department is responsible for overseeing all musical aspects of worship and ministry within the jurisdiction. This includes coordinating solos, ensembles, praise teams, choirs, directors and instrumental musicians and any other musical enhancement for our worship and spiritual events. We are responsible for promoting and developing musical excellence for our ecclesiastical jurisdiction.

The Evangelism Department is responsible for promoting and coordinating evangelistic efforts within our specific region. Church Growth involves holistic, Spirit-lead expansion through healthy relationships, vibrant church planting, equipping members for ministry, sound administration, community healing, and a focus on discipleship and evangelism. We must move beyond just numbers to spiritual transformation and kingdom building, with resources ofter provided through initiatives like a Church Growth Academy.

Spiritual & Relational Focus: Growth stems from healthy internal relationships (love for God/others) and external connection with the community, acting as a healing center.

Empowered Leadership & Strategy: Requiring visionary leaders with God-given vision and strategic plans, supported by empowered ministry teams.

Holistic Development: Focuses on nurturing believers (vertical growth), fellowship (growing together), and evangelism (growing outward), mirroring the New Testament patterns.

Kingdom Building: The ultimate goal is establishing God's Kingdon, not just institutional expansion, through soul-winning and community transformation.

Resource-Driven & Practical: Offering tools (webinars, toolboxes) for Pastors and Members in areas like finance, small groups, and church planting to advance the kingdom.

Biblical Foundation: emphasizing Christ's work, the power of the Holy Ghost, and the importance of living out the Gospel's simple, transformative message.

How Can It Be Acheived?

Church Growth Academy - providing the necessary training for leadership and ministry teams through webinars and resources.

Coupling Ministry & Mentorship - the releasing of people into their God-given ministries and then developing their gifts.

Assimulating Prayer & Revelation - seeking after Divine Guidance and opening the hearts to God's desires for His Church.

Evangelism - it is the actual reaching out to the lost through both personal and mass movement evangelism.

In essence, the dynamics of church growth must be viewed, rooted, and Spirit-lead processess of multiplying discipleship, planting real healthy churches, and transforming communities for Christ Mission to the world.

The Jurisdictional Brotherhood is prayed up and dedicated to fostering men spiritual development and growth, leadership mentoring, and men | young men fellowship among males within our jurisdiciton.
