The Auxiliaries in Ministry (AIM) Department is a large umbrella organization that coordinates Five Key Auxiliaries of the church to promote spiritual enrichment, training, education, and fellowship. The primary goal of AIM is to increase effectiveness in ministry for better outreach.

The Core Functions: The AIM Department brings together Five traditional Auxiliaries, under one umbrella:

• Sunday School: Focuses on the Christian education and scriptural understanding of children and adults regarding church doctrines.
• Youth Department (YPWW - Young People's Willing Workers): Aims to train youth to become valued, self-sustaining members of their communities and the church through innovative methods and programs.
• Missions: Concentrates on Home and Foreign Missions, working to "reach the unreached with the Gospel" and conducting outreach efforts like feeding the hungry, clothing the naked, and visiting the sick.
• Evangelism: Seeks to save the lost souls globally by organizing, training, and resourcing evangelists and local churches to proclaim the Gospel effectively.
• Music: Ministers through music to the Body of Christ, with the goal of bringing healing, salvation, and fulfillment in their walk with Christ.

The AIM Convention serves as a significant training ground for ministry workers and offers:

Kingdom Building: The ultimate goal is establishing God's Kingdon, not just institutional expansion, through soul-winning and community transformation.

Resource-Driven & Practical: Offering tools (webinars, toolboxes) for Pastors and Members in areas like finance, small groups, and church planting to advance the kingdom.

Biblical Foundation: emphasizing Christ's work, the power of the Holy Ghost, and the importance of living out the Gospel's simple, transformative message.

How Can It Be Acheived?

Church Growth Academy - providing the necessary training for leadership and ministry teams through webinars and resources.

Coupling Ministry & Mentorship - the releasing of people into their God-given ministries and then developing their gifts.

Assimulating Prayer & Revelation - seeking after Divine Guidance and opening the hearts to God's desires for His Church.

Evangelism - it is the actual reaching out to the lost through both personal and mass movement evangelism.

In essence, the dynamics of church growth must be viewed, rooted, and Spirit-lead processess of multiplying discipleship, planting real healthy churches, and transforming communities for Christ Mission to the world.

Mentorship and Accountability: Connecting current adn emeritus leaders with seasoned, trusted mentors for guidance, prayer support, and accountability to foster personal and professional integrity difficulties.

Crisis Intervention: Offering immediate assistance and support during times of acute crisis, such as family emergencies, illness, or professional difficulties.
